27.08.2021

A few months ago we were allowed to move a gantry crane from Pfunds to Kühtai. Due to the transport, the 50m long main girder had to be separated and then welded together again. Here you can see a few views of the successful project.

10.04.2021:

The last weeks our crane expert Markus was in Holland on an offshore platform and modified the complete control system of a crane in explosion-proof design. A few new hydraulic components, a new rotary encoder and new control cabinets were installed and rewired.

05.02.2021:

With our 3D printer, we can print high quality parts. Due to the FDM technology, precise and stable parts can be printed. This allows us to quickly realize the special requests of our customers. The parts are printed with 2 components - first the support material and second the model material. The support material is then dissolved in the acid bath. Here you can see some examples how our 3D printed parts are used. 

09.01.2021:

We wish you a happy new year. We are already back in full action. Since 10 days our employees Stefan and Mathias are off the Danish coast on the platform Halfdan A. This is a new challenge for them, it is their first job as supervisors on an offshore platform. Here they are coordinating the replacement of the hoist winch of an 18-year-old Liebherr CBO crane. Today, the 4.3t old winch was lifted down with an air hoist crane. The new winch has also been put in place and will be connected tomorrow.
Thanks guys, for doing such a great job over the holidays. We are proud of you guys.

18.12.2020:

Just in time for the beginning of the vacation, we have finished the last project for this year. In this project, we installed a special solution of our remote controls to control the Betomat. We would like to thank the company BITSCHNAU GLEIT UND SCHALUNGTECHNIK GMBH for the great order.

20.11.2020:

This week we manufactured a switch cabinet for a hydroelectric power plant in Bad Hofgastein. Here you can see what is assembled in a switch cabinet.

17.09.2020:

After a long time, we were finally allowed to go back to work on offshore platforms. Last week two of our employees flew to the offshore platform Seafox 4 in the North Sea. Here we will rebuild two old cranes and bring them up to date. The control system will be renewed and the gearbox overhauled. One crane will be equipped with a new gearbox and two new hydraulic pumps. Here you get a small insight how it looks like when you work on an offshore platform.

Last week our new milling machine was delivered and the first parts are already manufactured. From the design to the finished product we take care of the whole process, so we can produce spare parts for our customers at any time. So we can guarantee our customers minimum downtimes of their plants.
